Tiffany came to Portland Rescue Mission just over a year ago: broken, addicted, homeless. With just a sliver of hope left, she entered our New Life Ministry addictions recovery program at Shepherd’s Door. Twelve months later, Tiffany’s life has been radically changed.
“What a change between the person I was in my addiction to the person I am now,” says Tiffany. “There’s no feeling like it when you know you are yourself again.”
Tiffany now gives back by working in our Connect program for homeless women. She’s excited to be able to use her own past experiences to empathize with the women. Check out her video here!
