Janet Fraser

Janet serves as the Director of Women and Children's Ministry, overseeing the New Life Recovery Program for women. She joined the PRM team in 2019 after 22 years of church ministry, during which she further developed her passion for the local church, moving beyond the walls of her church to bring the love and compassion of Christ to her neighbors. Janet brings prior experience in global missions, local compassion, and homeless family ministries. She loves working with teams, developing people’s strengths and gifts, and solving problems. Janet is passionate about guiding the Shepherd’s Door staff to further grow in consistency and productivity to help more women and families heal from their backgrounds in homelessness, addiction, and hardship.
