Portland Rescue Mission gets a new sign downtown at the Burnside Shelter!
May has been another eventful month so far at Portland Rescue Mission with celebrating our annual Birthday Party for the Homeless and launching our Mission Bar-B-Que. And if you are currently looking for a new job, you too could take part in this exciting season at the Mission.
Portland Rescue Mission is structured into three different ministry areas: Hope Ministries, Pathway Ministries and New Life Ministries. The Mission’s independent social enterprises are Drive Away Hunger and Mission Bar-B-Que. All of the areas work together to give hope and restore life to hurting men, women and children affected by homelessness and addiction.
