The ones who really need it aren’t going to ask for it … and they’re sure not going to talk to you. They’re the guys you see wandering along the sidewalk, talking to themselves or just staring.”
Mike DesCamp paid a homeless man $10 just to sit and talk with him for half an hour. What he discovered made him uncomfortable.
