Erin Holcomb

Erin currently serves as Portland Rescue Mission's Interim Co-Executive Director, supporting PRM's commitment to transforming the lives of neighbors in need who are experiencing homelessness and addiction. She has spent her career specializing in organizational culture and human resources, including working within the nonprofit sector for over twenty years and becoming a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2017. Erin joined Portland Rescue Mission in 2006 because she is passionate about serving those who are overlooked and equipping others to experience life transformation through employment opportunities serving others. As the Director of Staff Ministries, she recruits, trains, and coaches staff who directly help individuals in need of hope, transformation, and compassionate care. Through the years, Erin has served various roles in nonprofit, church, and civic groups with the common goal of caring for neighbors in need.
